Specifically speaking of the staff checking people in at the urgent care desk. RUDE AS HELL!!! It doesn't hurt anyone to speak with common courtesy and kindness. There are so many qualified people looking for jobs who would execute their duties with a smile on their face. I wouldn't come back here if I was dying and they were the only open medical facility. Terrible!!! Wait until you seethe x ray machine they are using?!! It’s from the 90’s!!!! Never come here!!
Had an appointment set for 4 pm. Liz took great care of me and made sure everything was good. Honestly im a little scared of needles but she helped me make sure it would be alright. Great service and assistance. I would love to go back just for Liz !!!
PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS !!!!! wish there was a way to give a 0 star. ive never even written one of these but it’s definitely necessary this place has been consistently horrendous everytime i have gone. i had a rapid covid test come back positive, made an APPOINTMENT for 3:00 pm ended up waiting to even enter the building at 5:05 and when i finally got out it was 5:30 , now i would totally understand the wait if it was a walk in but it wasnt it was an appointment. whats the point in making an appointment if its not even reall... read more
