Do NOT use this company for your rental properties. We rented from them for a year and half. The lease claims they were going to do quarterly walk-throughs of the home. The only time they ever came inside our house was at the 1 year mark to re-sign our lease. Damien was very friendly when moving in, but he is not true to his word. We were told that maintence repairs would take 1-5 days, depending on the level of urgency. 2-4 weeks is the realistic answer on the amount of time for repairs. I have dealt with this company on a different note, They don't pay their bills. The experience that we've had with them is they called and needed a breaker changed out in a house. We are very busy Contractors we have had to turn away some service calls recently. When they called we went out the same day to change a breaker out. The charge was a minimal service fee. If I could rate a 0, I would. I hired this company 2 years ago to manage my home in Pace. Worst decision ever. We went through 3 tenants in 2 years. All 3 tenants complained to us about Rare Xperience. Communication is horrible between Rare Xperience and the tenant and between Rare Xperience and the us, the home owner. It took Rare Xperience forever to respond to tenant problems. They charged the tenants for repairs that were never even done. They were in charge of maintaining our contract with Anchor Pest control.
