Where to begin? We rented from Rare Form properties for approximately two years. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Steve is a liar and it will be somebody who will make everything you do while renting from him absolutely miserable. I lived in one of Rareform Properties rental units for approximately 16 months and was recently forced to move due to management's negligence of maintenance issues and them going back on their word when they stated they would be proposing tenants with a new lease for this year.
