These guys suck. Fair warning, the people you deal with have not class. If you thinking about doing something special for a loved one be careful with these guys. Example: all I did was call to ask about availability and he quickly brought up prostitutes and crap. The i told him I wasn't interested any more, it's for my wife not myself and if he can't help I'll move on. Then he got mad at me and started cussing at me. Hopefully they get better employee's to man their phone so they can get some business.
