I bought what I found to be a beautiful piece of furniture for $1,000 and in less than a year it began falling apart. Upon returning to the store and asking them to fix it, their response was that the wood is falling apart because it is reclaimed and to just put some wood glue on it - the door of our console will not hold screws because the wood is crumbling. If you haven’t visited Rare Finds you must! I discovered it four years ago and own many amazing pieces, but it is the customer service I have to commend them on. Last week I needed a small desk as I was beginning to teach remotely. One location didn’t have one, but the other did and held it. It was loaded into my car. After weeks of looking thru the Inventory we finally went in. My husband who was less than enthusiastic about going absolutely loved this place. we went in knowing what we wanted and were more than impressed with the options.
