Not impressed Rare Exception Jewelers is a fairly new store. We had the opportunity to go in and look around with our son, shopping for an engagement ring. The selection was minimal and the staff didn't seem to be too helpful and said that if we agreed to purchase a ring, then they'd order it. They then tried to convince us to purchase a lab created diamond, not at all what we were interested in. We won't be going back.
Excellent Service I have bought several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Rare Exception Jewelers and they were amazing to work with every time. My last purchase was an engagement ring, they talked me through all the things I needed to figure out, all the different options and helped me get an amazing ring for an amazing price.
