I started making jewelry about a month ago as a hobby. I knew exactly the style of necklaces I wanted to create (bib/statement) so off to Michael's and YouTube I went...I soon discovered that watching tutorials all day was a waste of time because I couldn't ask questions and I could find the exact tutorial I wanted, and the staff at Michael's consisted of young clerks who knew nothing about beading. Loved it when a lady named Melissa was there. She was SO helpful, classes were great. Don't know why but she's not there any more. Found another bead store in Carrboro
Very excited to have found this awesome bead store after tecently relocating to NC. It has a beautiful variety of products and many gems. Melissa was very helpful and informative and I look forward to visiting frequently.
