Our original property located in the Affinia Shelburne Hotel has been welcoming guests since 2003. Known for our upscale burgers, RARE's menu has over 20 different burgers made in house. Excellent burgers and huge ribs! Sweet potato fries with honey sauce. Excellent
I like coming here because they have mini burger sliders and they always change the variation.. but it can be really loud sometimes and you have to yell to have a conversation. We were sat next to a family with young children, and they were all over the place so we asked the host to move us since it was very uncomfortable, and she was super unaccomodating. Rare is not on my favorites list anymore.

Though located in a hotel, the Rare Bar & Grill is a great local restaurant. The food was delicious and our server Eric was phenomenal and a delight to talk to. Everything we ordered was delicious and I highly recommend this location!
Great staff.. food was very good. A bit pricey for burgers though. Annoying that bathroom is in lobby and that there is no changing table.
