Went to this place for a post dinner after I proposed to my lady. My fiancee enjoyed the place. 12minutes to walk from the empire state building. The mangers made sure majority of my request were followed through. Had a private room for 20+ guest of mine. The food was decent priced. Due to all that was going on we didn't get a chance to go to the roof top. But I hear its lovely. I would recommend it.
