I trusted Raquel for my lymphatic drainage massages after having surgery. WORSE DECISION TO DATE!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL in so many ways. First, I paid for 45 minute massages though barely received 30 minute massages each time. Secondly, Raquel would cancel the morning of, the night before, consistently. Raquel was very pleasant to talk to. She thoroughly explained the process and the benefits I would gain from it. I Left there feeling good and as the days progressed things got even better. I highly recommend a session!!

I got a notification on my phone ONE minute before my appointment start time that she was canceling it. One minute!! I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and had to turn around and just go home. So rude and unprofessional. My friend tried to schedule an appointment recently and was also last minute canceled. I thought that was just a fluke but apparently this is what she does. Beware.
