Do not trust this Realtor. I am an owner/investor of 5 properties, I gave her 2 listings and she took 3 months to rent each house (totally upgraded homes in good neighborhoods and at market conditions). This was not the worse part, after we concluded our negotiations, I found out from my new tenants that she was “bad mouthing” me behind my back. I spoke to her broker about this, but he did nothing about this. (I wish I could give her Zero stars.)
