The worst experience with an optometrist EVER. No bedside manner. Rude. Makes snide remarks. Absolutely awful when it came to my son being color blind. Having Kaiser Permanente is just the worst. I hate that it’s there only insurance my husband’s employer offers; it’s because it’s cheap for the company - you pay for what you get, which includes subpar or lower qualified physicians. Thankfully we pay extra to have the PPO version of Kaiser so we can spend even more money to go out of network, but when it comes to my health, I... read more
