My family and I stayed at Raptor Ridge this past weekend. We traveled from Edmonton to Drumheller for our first ever family camping trip and to say that our stay was lovely would be an understatement! Rachel was extremely accommodating and very kind. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I see a lot of the reviews mention the domes, so I am here to mention the tenting... there are 3 tent sites. This place is an absolute gem. We stayed in the larger dome with our children and it was absolutely perfect, providing all the comforts and necessities with a bit of adventure. Rachel was a lovely host, ensuring we had everything we needed. She also gave our kids the opportunity to meet some of her animals in the morning, which was definitely a highlight. We stayed here for the bonedigger bike rally. My experience here was amazing! Where do I even start? Friday night, we had a late start coming down from Edmonton so we got there later than expected. Rachel made sure to make the check in still possible (we’re sorry again!). Even with us cutting into bedtime she was still so kind and professional. So glad we stopped here on our trip home from Drumheller! It exceeded all our expectations! There is an incredible menu for any cafe, let alone one staffed by a single person in a food truck! I had one of the best tasting milkshakes of my life, everything seemed so fresh! Some unique flavors, drinks and food items that I've never seen before but all looked so good. All 5 in our group were happy with our food and drinks. They were also very considerate about the celiac and dairy allergies in our group.
