Roy and Scott helped install a tankless water heater and were great! Very professional and helpful, went above and beyond what was necessary for the job. Very competitive pricing. Will definitely be using raptor again for my next plumbing job.

I hired Raptor Plumbing & Sewer for the first time and was really impressed with their service. Sergio was professional, helpful, and took the time to identify the issue with my toilet. He explained everything clearly and provided a reasonable quote. The new toilet was installed efficiently, and the pricing was very competitive. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’d definitely consider Raptor for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time we've hired Raptor, and I'd now consider them my go-to company for plumbing issues. They are amazingly responsive. Scheduling is quick and easy. Communication is top notch from start to finish. They give you a service window and then text with an actual and accurate ETA. They assessed my second repair on a Sunday. He does excellent work - and his professionalism, ... read more

Hired Raptor for the first time and they were incredibly helpful. Sergio came in, found out that my toilet had a different issue apart from the initial one I told him about, then gave me a discounted quote. Proceeded to install an entirely new toilet afterwards and very competitive pricing too! Service was exceptional, Raptor will be my go-to now for all plumbing issues moving forward (hopefully we won't have any hahahah)

I called Friday and they were able to come out Monday for a bid and begin work next day. They weren’t the cheapest bid but they made us feel the most comfortable about how to fix the situation and didn’t pressure us for a decision. They were the 3rd plumbing company to come out for a bid and I’m glad we went with them. We got the best value... read more
