Raptor took half of a deposit for a service they had a waiting list for over a year. They promised me they would service my house regularly until that completion date. Come Spring they never called or sent anyone to my house regardless of calling them and emailing them. I insisted on a refund and they gave me less than half my deposit back for trapping services I could have done myself.

Had Jim Lucas come to my house to determine why squirrels were getting. He discovered that 46 vents under the roof did not have screens as they were supposed to. I asked him for a proposal which included the work and cost to remove the squirrels from my walls and ceilings, and to describe the work the would be needed to repair the damage the squirrels had already done.
