Very good service. Prompt and neat.
I hired Raptor Aeration for an aeration and overseeding service and was extremely impressed. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the process was seamless. They explaining exactly what they would do. I will definitely use them again.
Jake did an excellent job. He also provided some great insight as to things I can do from an upkeep standpoint.
Scheduling service was hard, and they were inconsistent. July service was scheduled, then tells me he can't do it. Rescheduled me for the following week, and doesn't show up till almost 6pm. Then tells me it's too late to treat due to weather. Yard looks worse than before treatments. Even when i cancelled service, they didn't seem to care or even ask why. Please learn to value your customers.
The first mowing went well. I liked cutting the grass shorter and trimming every where. Thanks
