Great company, personable and professional
My elder brother put me onto Stephen Meade at Rapport Taxation Services nearly 20 years ago and even though my brother has moved and does not use Rapport Tax anymore, Stephen every years asks after him. I cannot fault the service. Great customer service, you call the office speak to Margaret at reception and she is professional and lovely to deal with and so you don't forget they send you a reminder when your appointment is coming up. had terrible experience and ,still at this moment, I am trying to understand what went wrong and repairing to what they have done and left behind. the last time I spoke over the phone one of the employees was yelling and he has been really rude, and they did a mistake so I should have yelled eventually. don't go.
