I have been a patient of 20 years within this facility. Despite occasional sub-par care, I've never even considered seeing another doctor outside of Dr. Kil. However, I am now leaving the practice. First, Dr. Kil did a terrible job on my c-section. My scar is so bad that he even offered to open me back up to fix it. I told him that I felt my Tubal Ligation was causing me to have early menopause symptoms. Truly love everything about this office. Front desk is so sweet. My nurse and doctor (Shuman) are so relatable and sweet. They truly do make me feel comfortable. The vibe here is much better than any other office I’ve been to. I feel like I have found my OB office for good & could not be more happy about it!
I love Dr. Kil! Super friendly, loves to share all the knowledge, over 30 years of experience but will still gladly answer any of your stupid questions without making you feel embarrassed for asking!
Aweful experience with the staff every time coming. Came to the point I'm switching completely. Cannot stand the rude attitudes from the front desk. Poor service. And poor scheduling. No calls to say Doctor is not there and cannot be fit in until showing up for appointment made months in advanced.
