Great Practice! I have been very pleased with the majority of the providers at RWHC. The office staff/nurses are also very friendly and helpful. I especially recommend Dr. Meyer, Kathy Reinecke (midwife), Dr. Moulton, and Dr. Smith. Kathy is very friendly, compassionate, and spends a great deal of time with me in order to calm any anxiety I may feel about my pregnancy/health. Drs. Meyer/Moulton/Smith were quite helpful while seeing me in the hospital during emergencies. They all treated me as if I were their patients; taking... read more
Great doctors horrible support staff RWHC is a good group of doctors but I was very disappointed with the office and nursing staff. I felt I got shrugged off by the nurses if I left a message for them. I have more complaints about the office staff though. I'm not really sure how they got or keep their jobs. Making and rescheduling appointments takes forever and the person in charge of billing and accounts will never answer the phone or return messages. My account was turned over to a lawyer for collection because the billing... read more
