Could not be happier with my daughter's treatments! She had 2 separate treatments to correct her jaw issue and straighten her teeth. Both were great experiences. The staff is amazing and definitely made her experience more pleasurable. Thank you Dr. Schreiner, Dr. Alizadeh and her awesome technician, Kayla!
This office is amazing! My 8yr old loves this office and is so excited for her next visits. The staff and Dr. Hanigan were great with my little girl
Very friendly staff, clean office and an uplifting environment with music playing. This is by far the best place to go for ortho care, we knew without a doubt that the staff and doctors working here love what they do, these people have passion there is no doubt about that.
Alizadeh and Schreiner Orthodontics are wonderful! Both kids were treated by these friendly, professionals. Son just got his braces off today! The whole team is an amazing, patient and fun group. Thanks for helping my kids through, what is typically, an awkward time for adolescents and making it less painful for all of us.

In my humble opinion, James River Orthodontics sets a pretty high bar for other practices in Richmond. The open, unique office setting, the dedication to comfort, and the exemplary staff contribute to my pleasure in keeping appointments. Also,the business staff worked with me on developing a plan and payment schedule that allowed me to get the dental work I needed
Hi my name is Katrina Moore. My first visit at the James River Orthodontics was phenomenal. I was greeted at the door by Ms. Kristen. Kristen showed me around and was very polite. She made a difference and we all know that first impression is everything. I will return back this month for my invisalign which I'm very excited about. Thank you James River Orthodontics!!!
The staff at JRO are the BEST! I think Kristen said it best "It all starts with Dr. Scarborough and trickles down". Kind hearts always find kind hearts.I travel all the way from Nottoway County because the services is that spectacular.
