The whole organization has gone down hill.
This place is horrible. Stay away. They continue to take down all thr negative comments.
My son attends this facility and I have nothing but positive things to say about my son’s standard of care while there. From Karen Martin, Lynne Higgins, Brittany, Stephanie and the numerous other staff (too many to name) I have been met with nothing but kindness. My son is flourishing now at home and I know it is due to the personnel at RAAI. They keep him engaged in various activities and he enjoys the community outings.
