Dr. Rappa was incredibly rude to me on the phone when discussing my Mom, a patient at one of the rehab facilities for which Dr. Rappa services. He was dismissive and rushed me off the phone redirecting me to the Nursing Dept., which actually referred me to him. He didn't want to be bothered with me or my Mom. Even if my issue was to be handled by another area, he should be nicer and professional with patients and their families who are managing difficult issues.
Dr Rappa was a great doctor gave attention to every aspect of your health concerns. Spending 40 min for each patient, long waiting time in his office but it totally worth it. It's been 4 years and I couldn't find a replace as my primary. Even if I find, I'll switch back as soon as he is back in practice.
Horrendous office manager Nalinee, nasty in every possible way, which is surprising that a doctor who seemed to be thoughtful, kind and professional would even employ a person like her. Office has been closed since June 2021 with no explanation. Very disappointed since he really seemed to be a caring person and doctor. I have since moved on from "Dr.Gone With The Wind" and am very happy with the Dr. I go to now.
Dr. Rappa is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately his office is closed since July 2021 for some reason. I hope everything is ok with the doctor. Hope to see him soon.
