I have been a patient of Dr. Rapp for over 2 years. She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor who takes time with you and treats you with kindness and respect. The only down side is that she is leaving the practice soon to be closer to family. I hope she continues to practice wherever she is going. Her new patients will be lucky to have her as their doctor!
My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr Rapp today! Best Dr we have had in FL. Didn't feel rushed at all. Office staff was great as well!
Best Doctor I have seen in Florida! Very easy to talk to, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I felt like she took the time to talk through treatment options and patiently answered every one of my questions. Great Doctor! I’m so grateful I found her.
Well I Was assigned this doctor on my healthcare hmo plan and IT IS not off to a good start. I had to wait on hold for 21 minutes on my first call for a new patient visit and gave up. Called back the next day and waited 31 minutes before anyone answered. Then the male receptionist who answered advised I couldn’t even make an appointment until I filled out new patient paperwork and brought it to their offices. Dr Rapp is a great doctor and I really liked her but it’s a shame that her practice engages in fraudulent billing practices. I went in for a physical (covered 100% by my Insurance) and they billed it as a sick visit. I received an outrageous bill from Dr. Rapp’s office. After two calls to their billing department and FOUR to the office, they refused to fix it claiming that’s how they bill for new patients. The funny thing is, Dr. Rapp herself told me during my visit that they were still trying to figure out billing codes etc... read more
