RecommendedTook my wife's ring in to be fixed because the prongs came off of the ring. We were lucky to find the diamond in the shower. We had purchased the ring from Rapp Jewelers so we took it there to be worked on. To my great delight, not only did the ring get repaired but it was cleaned and polished to what looked to be a brand new ring! Couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks!

Dropped off 1 diamond earring to have the post replaced. When I received it a few days later I tried to wear it and it was of such poor quality the post bent as I was trying to screw it on. I immediately took it back, this time with the other one and he tried to tell me the original one, that he never even had, was the one he replaced and not the cheap damaged one.
