I have managed a Rapiscan x-ray unit for a security area for three years. Generally speaking, there equipment is good, but customer services is horrible, When we have issues with the system we have to rely on a tech that is three hours away. Trying to get Rapiscan to provide certificates of insurance and a POC to sign contracts is almost impossible. They provide quotes for service and want payment up front before work is done.
