RecommendedI called today and asked about a Stihl chainsaw, the gentleman and his father were extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased a MS180 and they assisted in gassing it up, starting it, tightening the chain and showing me the basics of it. I highly recommend them for any Stihl needs. In the days where it’s hard to find good customer service, they were top notch today!

Bought a new Stihl chainsaw from Rapids Rental. They filled it with gas and oil, walked me through the saw and ran it right there on site. They also registered it for me with Stihl to ensure that I have a valid warranty. Couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the level of service. Highly recommend, will be back!
Thank you rapids rental for your service today. Power was out and the sold me a chainsaw without even flinching. They set me up and I was ready to cut when I walked out the door. Phenomenal customer service. There is nowhere else that would have been able to do this. They were working by flashlight but treated me like it was a normal business day. They do a great job of fixing or tuning up snow blowers and lawn mowers, among other things. I would not hesitate to bring ANY of my small engine machines here!
Been doing business 30 years plus bought multiple mowers , saws ,weed eaters, blowers etc.Always treated well questions answered no problems with repairs. Will always stop there first. Thanks Rapids Rental !

A relative took his two stihl weed whackers in because they wouldn't run right.. they said they both needed carb kits, but with labor, it was cheaper to buy a new one.. so he did.. there was nothing wrong with either carb, just plugged exhaust screens.. I had both running like a top in 10 minutes for $0.. I wouldn't trust them to change a spark plug..
