Usually very long lines to get your car washed. No dedicated line for those of us who are members. Rinse cycle does not wash all of the soap off of the vehicles. Staff Gets in a high speed wobble when Cars started to back up!!! Relax staff also gets excited when you run your car through more than once, even though you paid for unlimited carwashes. Today I locked my keys, wallet and phone in the car while vacuuming my car. Eddie Paz, the manager, worked diligently for at least 15 minutes to unlock my car and he did it. Not only is this a fantastic place to wash your car, but their customer service is above and beyond. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Eddie Paz. I will be back and make sure my keys are in my pocket! Thank you!

I highly do not recommend this place management likes to bully women and not like to take responsibility for damages cause by machines on vehicles. Management will try to pay you out with gift cards...management hides behind the phone and curses at customers over the phone and management takes things personally...will not return and will report to the BBB...do not believe positive review the are paid off

I made my first visit to Rapids Express in Orange and what impressed me the most was the 2 employees I had contact with. Both were young guys (i didn't take note of their names) they were wonderfully polite and friendly both had nice smiles and made my visit such a good experience, I will be a loyal customer & refer my friends and family there also. KUDOS Rapids Express for hiring a great staff!!
Even though the first time I went there it tore off a piece of plastic on my hood, I appreciate the free car wash for Veterans Day. For as hard as the blowers blow and rock your car all over you would think it would be more dryer when it came out. I'll still go once in awhile, I'll just tape some stuff down
