I was going to have service done there and the employee I talked to was rude to me in person and on the phone, I will never have service done here. Yes I am female but no, I am not dumb and will not be treated like so!
My husband went there to ask a question about getting his car serviced and the guy working there started swearing at him. Not a good way to treat your customers. They must have changed ownership as we use to go there and they were very good.
Jake's worked all of my cars and has always done an outstanding job!! Fast and affordable!! Easy to work with and honest!!
I took my Pontiac Grand dam to you guys about a year ago and the whole bottom of my car under Neath was rusting out and so was my pocket book. But he was the welder and instead of putting new lines on (because they were all bad) and he welded them together and saved me money! so nice of rapids auto you are great
