So far, so good staff is extremely friendly and accommodating at the beginning stages, but hoping that things go well
I would give it an even higher rating if I could. Abby always made me feel welcome and did an excellent job. I do feel more balanced and my sleep is definitely improved. It does admittedly not feel wonderful but you get used to it after a while and the results are well worth the temporary discomfort. Highly recommended (also say hi to Charles when you are there for me)
I cant say enough about what TMS has done for me. I had undergone multiple ECT treatments that had short term results. TMS is the longest I've gone without the crippling anxiety and depression that started last year. The technician and staff are wonderful at what they do! The treatments are MUCH less invasive than ECT and dont require the anesthesia and hospital visit. Although I credit ECT for pulling me out of a deep hole, tms has been a God send for keeping the anxiety and depression from returning.
The technician who runs TMS is very friendly and informative. She walks you through the entire process and answered all of my questions while making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment.
