Don't do it. I've installed several of these systems because my customer insisted on it. Before you buy from this business, you should know that you can never reach anyone on the phone. If there's a problem you're on your own. I've been calling for two weeks and nobody ever answers the phone. The product is okay, the customer service is abysmal. Don't do it.
Bought tubing and connectors for $950 to install air in a dentist office in Dallas TX. RapidAir website claims their product is acceptable for medical use. Later I found out from our Medgas plumber that in Dallas city, only copper pipes can be used for air. RapidAir products are not for medical use. Returned everything (unused) within 60 days and only received half ($476) what I paid. They have 30% restocking fee and also did not refund on few of the items as they were not in their original box. Would not recommend buying any tools from this company. Purchased $2173 worth of product including tubing, fittings, and tube bending tool to install an air delivery in my automotive shop. Tubing has worked ok however, bender tool was received with module dies missing rendering it useless to bend tubing. I contacted the company and their solution was to spend another $180 and purchase another bender rather than making good on a defective product they shipped.
