I’m hesitant to write a bad review of a small business. But, this shop does poor work. I recently took a pair of 2023 rims in for refinishing after a tire installation debacle at another shop. They were all scratched up by the tire mounting machine. The rims were returned to me with the inside of the rim, the barrel as it’s known, all scratched up. I called them in the morning and explained I have a 20” chrome wire rim that’s bent is it possible to fix? The guy replied you can take detailed pictures or bring it in. So I said it’s 20 min drive I’ll leave now so you can look at it for yourself. Get there and go in and told the guy behind the counter same info. So he asks is the bend on the face of the wheel of the back, I replied face and he say oh then it can’t be fixed… so I then say why didn’t you say that on the phone rather than waste my time a fuel to drive here… h... read more
