Kelli is magic! When I began working with her, I felt stuck in all areas of my life and was struggling with self-worth and overthinking. Within the first few sessions, I felt lighter, peaceful, and more confident. I even received two new work opportunities. I've noticed that I don't overthink everything the way I used too, and use the practices Kelli taught me when I feel myself spiraling. I feel so much more relaxed and steady in myself, and psoriasis has noticably improved. My confidence in softball and tennis came back, and I now have simple tools that help me stay present and play with more ease instead of getting in my head. I also feel more peaceful and clear when it comes to my family and business, which has made a big difference in my day-to-day life.

Kelli is an incredible listener, mentor, and guide.
