After years of dealing with another tire shop, I have decided that Rapid Tire will be my new "go to place" for all my tire purchases for my 4 vehicles. In addition to greeting a person with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism as you walk in the door, they live up to their name by giving fast and "rapid" service, which is very important when one is in a hurry. Got my tires and rims here. The owner was so helpful and professional. He knew what I wanted for the look of my car and searched for the right things to make me completely satisfied. When the rims came in, my car was done the next day. Would highly recommend rapid tire!
Today was my second trip in 10 days due to my "reckless" driving. I suffered 2 flat tires at the hands of the dreaded curb exiting Dunkin' Donuts (we all know which one �). Anyway my tires were getting worn (the team at Rapid made me aware of this) and today I took the plunge and purchased 4 new beautiful Perrelli tires. Rapid Tire Service in Montgomery, NY provided fantastic customer service! We were within three hours of our final destination after a very long day when we noticed one of the tires had a bulge in the sidewall due to hitting a huge pothole. It was after 4:30 and most places were closing at 5 so I was panicking trying to find a used tire so we could get home. Luckily, I called Rapid Tire and was thrilled they had a tire to fit my car.
