My husband had a CT scan almost a year ago. Rapid Sound did not send the results to the doctor. The doctors office requested them on 3 separate occasions, my husband called once and stopped by there location on 2 occasions to request they send the reports. Nada... So let's see. We paid for the CT scan and can't get the results. Unacceptable. This is one of the reasons why our Green Valley doctors ask us to go to Tucson for testing.

Husband had cat scan results should have been back in 24 hours. 12 days later just received after calling looking for. No one advised us that Co merging or whatever. Very poor business practice. He needs surgery and surgeon needs results to cut into. Thanks so much for his extra pain and suffering.

If you can please just go to any Tucson radiologist. You're going to have more headaches than you ever can imagine going here. When I went to get my CT scan of my head my appointment was at 10 a.m. I didn't get seen till 11:45 a.m. the gentleman was in a mood. I guess I was intruding on his lunch. Then I end up needing the CD for my CT scan and they tell me it's going to take a week. Every other radiologist I've been to they give it to you right there. They are the absolute worst place to go for care. The employees here are an utter joke. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO SENSE OF COMPASSION OR EMPATHY FOR THEIR PATIENTS. Not to mention if you need a copy of your exam...it takes an act of congress to get it. My son simply needed one for an appointment, called Tuesday morning and they acted like they were going out of their way to have it by Friday morning....come on already, I know for a fact you are NOT that busy! I highly recommend avoiding this facility.
