Bad Service, bad attitude, rip-off. My pool pump motor started cutting off. I took it there and was sold a 2HP motor as a replacement. I paid \$296. Upon installation it was obvious that this was the wrong HP motor. Took it back the next day for an exchange to the correct HP. The owner immediattely became hostile and unhelpfull. I left the motor with him. After 10 days without a word, I just went there. My motor had been replaced with a 1HP which is the correct size. We have a 36,000 gallon in ground pool at our campground,the seal went out on the 2-1/2 HP 3 phase pump and that also took the bearings from water getting to them,took it in and had it back in a couple hrs,he found a bad spot on the shaft at the seal that that caused the issue in the 1st place that the other shop never saw,we have been putting seals and bearing in this pump every year to year and a half,he got me up and running and ordered a new pump/motor to take the place of this one which has been here all the time we own... read more
