Had the mainline back up and they came out same day to snake it to get our family of 5 back up and going. Always recommend rapid rooter.
My company used them for a repair and they never showed. I called them multiple times and got no answer and no call back. When I finally did get a hold of them, they offered no explanation or apology. If you're looking for professionalism, this isn't the place to go. My water heater stopped working, they did an amazing job getting parts, making sure everything was fixed. They were very professional as well as being very personable. I would definitely recommend them.
