Worst service I had. We start doing business with Rapid Rooter on 2008. This year quote was incorrect. After correct it price was increase by 74.36%. Schedule for service needed to reschedule. Last time I use Rapid Rooter.

Dept of Consumer Affairs in the morning. Grouted around our white toilet and tile with tan grout. It looks bad. And our toilet which did not have a scratch on it is now ruined. Finish is scraped off all over. What a sloppy job. VERY unhappy with our bathroom which was pristine and white and now looks like garbage. Would not recommend to anyone. Will spread the word.

Best Plumber Ever – Henry #50 arrived quicker than expected - less than 30 minutes after I called for help - and it was Sunday morning! He was so polite and took care not to dirty anything - even work booties to protect my floors. Although my kitchen sink was really backed up - he had to snake it twice - he was completely finished in under 30 minutes! Plus he was so respectful - he cleaned up the sink and floor before he left. best service every from a plumber – I can't not say enought about the service I received over the phone and in person from the service tech Issac Mora He was so polite and told me everything he was going to do before he did it, I was home alone with my husband out of town and they gave me fast service in a emergency.. if you every need a plumber that won't rip you off, and give you great and fast service call rapid-rooter... ask for Issac Mora!!!

I can not say enough about my experience with this company. Friday night at 5:30 I made the initial call and before 8:00 he was all done and out of here. They were very professional, called numerous times to keep me updated and didn't charge extra for after hours. I will definitely use them in the future. (hopefully I won't need them). Very professional, courteous, and thorough.

Sunday afternoon and the septic tank was backing up... The phone was answered on the 1st ring, within 25 minutes, Gerson was assessing our problem. within a further 20 minutes, Richy was at the front door asking my permission to drive on the grass!!!! We were SO pleased with both Gerson and Richy's professionalism, appearance and knowledge of their job. Thank you so much, your service was excellent. We can highly reccomend you to any of our friends when they too, are full of poo!
