I didn't have Rapid Roofing but my neighbor did in late July 2024. 0 stars would be more accurate. Due to the pitch of their roof they said there was no way to avoid having old shingles thrown against my house. This damaged my siding in several places, put a scratch in one window, a dent in the windows frame and left tar marks all over the wall. Beautiful service from quote to completion. Really happy with quality and knowledge of the team.
I hired Rapid Roofing to inspect and repair my roof. At first, I was not concern regarding the quality of work given all the google reviews. BUT after the inspection and repair, I found several areas of concern when I went up to the roof myself (see photo where a patch of shingle is ready to fly off with the wind). I emailed them regarding my concerns and I will update you guys how they respond after.
