Rapid roofing and repair gave us a reasonable quote compared to other roofing companies. The communication back-and-forth to try to get it the quote arranged was lacking and not well done and we ended up having to get a quote from the owner. I found the main voice of the company Allison to be difficult to deal with: Alison was prompt at getting back to you, if you called her, but she was not good at communicating the plan or timeline in the first place. One of the main reasons I chose this company was because of its positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. Don’t rely on the reviews. One thing I still don’t understand is why this company assigned only two workers to the job—one person on the roof and one helper on the ground. Looking at my neighbors’ roofing projects, I typically saw crews of around five workers on the roof, and their jobs were completed within two days.
