So happy to have Rapid Roofing come out to do what was a relatively minor repair of wind damage. I'd called two companies previously and waited....and waited....and the lovely folks at Rapid lived up to their name. They came out the day after my call, did a great job, and were polite and quite lovely to deal with. I highly recommend them.
My old roof had many leaks after just one rainstorm. They replaced all the damaged areas and even ensured that water can drain correctly. The home now feels fully protected.
I think great customer service is essential, especially when making a large purchase like the replacement of your roof. My experience with Rapid Roofing & Repairs straight from the beginning was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We had just completed a renovation closing in our front entrance area which left portions of our roof unprotected from the elements so we were motivated to get our roof done as soon as possible. A skylight flashing had tiny openings that caused leakage. They meticulously replaced and sealed it, averting possible water damage during upcoming storms.
