Horrible experience with Donny Seals and Rspid Roofing! I received a message re: my complaint and posted it to this site earlier. Mr. Seals blatantly lied and didn't expect me to contact the BBB for clarification. Below is the response from the BBB: Mrs. Noreiga, I'm not sure why Mr. Seals sent you that email. I pulled my complaint from BBB because I felt pity for you and your struggling business. I feel sorry for you and we have taken on the responsibility for repairing our lawn, our neighbors lawn and the additional cost of hiring a professional roofing company. Definitely Don't Recommend Rapid Roofing Given all the nasty weather in the HSV area this past year, we needed a new roof. Rapid Roofing owner, Donny Seals, came out to meet with our homeowners insurance adjuster and promised quality service, a new roof in a timely manner, any roofing debris would be cleaned up ASAP, etc. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. Our roof is still not finished after 3 days, debris is still in our yard, our landscaping was damaged, our neighbors lawn was damaged, no new gutters/downspouts ... read more
