Received a quote in November for a new chimney cap and flashing work that were considered critical to the health of our roof. 4+ months later and I had to cancel the job because I still hadn’t received a status update from anyone. Calling the individual who gave us the quote and the office didn’t work. I’d like our $500 back considering the promise of work and materials for the job weren’t performed or ordered in over 4 months. We will see if they can at least do that for wasting our time.

Cory Southworth at Rapid Roofing, is just an all around Professional and good guy! Did EVERYTHING He said he would and was on the site just like he said he he would be! The crew came, did the job with skill, cleaned up and left my house & yard probably better than they found it!! Thank you to all involved on my new roof, and even the extras we added on at the last minute! Process from shopping to finish job, was painless and I will definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new roof job! Terry Humphrey

Jason from sales was great. He was engaged and responded to questions quickly given the complexity (shingles, solar, metal). Jess and Brad did an amazing job with their metal work. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you all for the fantastic roof!

Rapid Roofing replaced our roof at the end of the summer. From the office staff to Jason, our salesman, to the crew that installed the roof, they were honest, upfront professionals. Appointments and install were on time as scheduled. All my questions were answered. Even when a cosmetic crack in a bedroom ceiling which showed from having workers in the attic, my concern was addressed immediately and Rapid had a professional call and schedule that slight repair.
