They seem to do a decent job - just keep on them. They alternate between great communication and no communication. Make sure they are doing everything they need to and following code! If you don't know what that means, hire an inspector or make sure the local municipal inspector checks it out in case they miss anything. If you are selling your house, please make sure the next homeowner knows about getting the warranty transferred ASAP.

I was amazed from start to finish the whole process was flawless. Everything was on time the people were very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly to deal with.
