It's their policy on $1 scratch off tickets. They will only let you exchange a winning ticket for a ticket. They're the only lottery retailer I've known of in my 38 years that won't cash out $1 or take it off your bill. Employees for the most part are friendly, they have good tobacco deals. So there's some good things about the store, but until they get on par with every other convenience store, lottery wise there review score will remain low.
Great employees very clean store and they seem to have everything I always wanted.
I’ve tried to get gas a couple times and I’m unsure why but I am unable to get the gas to work here. I can at every other gas station in Springfield but this one my card or the pump just doesn’t work. Good luck to everyone else.
