I've loved living here and have had great experiences with the staff and my neighbors. It's been wonderful to live just a couple blocks from all the action downtown, it's easy to get your steps in walking to the library and Bella Vita Café. Residents really take advantage of the apartment's community spaces for social hours, craft-alongs, business pop-ups, and family-friendly events, which has made it easy to get to know people. Loved my experience at Rapid River! Management is super easy to deal with. Rooms have plenty of space. Maintenance is prompt to respond to issues. Convenient location and good vibes all around

For the short time I was here, it really is a nice place! Very nice neighbors, the community room is amazing as well as the gym and surprisingly you don't really hear your neighbors or the people above or below you! Bree is also absolutely wonderful! The only thing that kind of sucks is that it's so close to a bar but other then that, it was great!
