I was going here for my tax service, but after this 2026 Tax Season, I think NOT! I have been un-employed for 3.5 years due to a Legal battle that is over now. I have no W-2’s, but do have the form for Obama Care! Well they wanna charge me $100 for nothing, don’t have to pay, and get nothing back! Umm, I understand you have to charge customers, but for very little work on a form, $100? Ummm, I’ll go some where else!
I have used this company the past few years and never had an issue until now. They never filed my taxes and failed to call me to let me know that they were having issues with my IP pin even though I gave it to them many times over and over and they still kept telling me to contact the IRS which is impossible to do. I asked them to send off a paper return instead and they still never did that even though they claim that they did.
