Well another great workout with Jeff. I can't think of a better way to start a weekend. Today I met a gal named Emily who has working with Jeff since last September. She has lost 35 pounds and gone from a sized 14 to a 4. What a motivator that session was. It's official ..... I'm addicted......:)
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jeff is amazing and I love the group sessions! Im not sure how he keeps tabs on all of us at the same time......but he doesnt forget a thing!
Jeff is awesome! I never realized how many exercises I have done wrong. He really watches your form and also your diet. I love having my own personal trainer!!
