After not being fully satisfied with my experience, the owner went out of his way to make things right, therefore if you want good customer service, this is the company you want.
I would not recommend this roofing company. They subcontracted the work without telling me, and the “project manager” who showed up had no idea what the job included and had to ask me what needs to get done. My contract stated they would clean the gutters and skylights, but when I asked about the gutters, I was told it “doesn’t apply” because I have gutter guards—yet I was still charged for it. It was such a pleasure to go on this journey —-from start to finish —with this lovely company. So much integrity!! From the inception, I felt we were in great hands and having met with less honorable roofers when doing research, the difference was evident from day one. There was lots of handholding, no question was too small and the outcome was exactly as promised. Good luck to others embarking on the same project!
