I chose Rapid Restoration based on price, but unfortunately, the low cost came with low quality. The inspection and report were both disappointing and unreliable. The report was contradictory from start to finish. They “found” mould in areas where no mould existed, yet completely missed obvious mould in places where it was clearly present. This not only undermines confidence in their expertise but also creates unnecessary confusion and concern. We had Justin and Riley from Rapid Restorations come and clean our home, they provided a 5 star service, respectful and so helpful. Kate from admin organised a stream line service and I felt comfortable asking questions in relation to the process. I would highly recommend....
Our Builder sent Rapid out to fix a mould issue from a long term water leak. Included the kitchen cabinet removal and full clean. Very professional and fast work. Great onsite guys too. @ Noosaville
