It has been 2 weeks since I had these guys come to inspect my house for mould. I know there is mould there, the person attending said there was mould present and I have called 3 times now to follow up and still no report or invoice for the services so I can't arrange for it to get treated. Beyond frustrating as this is an issue that has been going on for over half a year now.
We had to get pest control done at our rental unit. The process was straightforward, they worked around our schedule, and it was nice not worrying about sprays or smells lingering afterwards.
We had major water damage in our Mermaid Waters unit. The water extraction and drying was quick, and they made sure no damp spots were left behind, which eased our worries.
Upholstery cleaning turned out better than I expected. Our old sofa looks refreshed, and I like that the Rapid Restoration team worked carefully without rushing, which made me feel like my things were respected.
We had water ingress and power outage from cyclone Alfred resulting in damage and mould. Blake and Kirsty were amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
