What an amazing company. We experienced two frozen pipe burst in our finished basement at 1:00 in the morning. I called rapid restoration and they immediately answered the phone. They had a very warm customer service that sent an amazing crew that came to our home within two hours. They sucked up all the water and put up off the floor our personal items. Brandon, Michelle and their team were absolutely awesome in every way. The North Fork is inundated with house flooding right now due to the crazy storms, and we had a terrible flood. They were quick, both Michelle and Brandon's communication were excellent and fast, the equipment was sparkling, and they were super speedy and efficient, doing significant demo, treating, and drying in a short period of time. I have used Rapid Restoration in 2023 when my home was flooded with tidal water and again this past month with the same. Their response is extraordinarily quick and very professional, neat and clean. Dealing with Michelle was fantastic! She is very responsive and does everything to make the process run smoothly.
