Today on March 14th, I came down to my basement and unfortunately my hot water heater went and caused a huge flood effected all my belongings and walls etc. I called rapid restoration after looking online for a reputable company. Last week I had a bad sewage problem in my basement there was water everywhere a lot of damage to the walls I called Rapid Restore spoke the manager Shawn. He came to the house with in one hour and in the same day he sent over two of his best guys Josue and Marcos they did any excellent cleanup up job and packed away everything in the pod nice and neat. today I went into my basement to end of realizing that we had a sewage backup problem going on. water was everywhere and a lot of my stuff got damaged. I found out I had a burst pipe in the basement with water all over our carpet, including a bedroom with furniture. I called Rapid Restoration and spoke to Shawn who was there the next day. Rapid Restoration brought over humidifiers, and by the second day the crew came and did the mitigation process in one day, removing carpet, cutting out the affected sheet rock, spraying all the affected areas to prevent mold.
