What an amazing company. We experienced two frozen pipe burst in our finished basement at 1:00 in the morning. I called rapid restoration and they immediately answered the phone. They had a very warm customer service that sent an amazing crew that came to our home within two hours. They sucked up all the water and put up off the floor our personal items. We cannot say enough about Rapid Restoration. Our waterline blew off the hot water tank on Christmas Eve at around 9:45 pm. My son suggested we call them immediately. Joe Russo was at our house with in a half hour and got the ball rolling. He and his crew were amazing. It’s been such a process, but a smooth one. Joe handled everything!!! Great guy. Every employee and team member was polite, and worked so hard! Quite impressive. Definitely a reliable hard working company.

Rapid Restoration are absolutely incredible!!!! Brandon, Greg and Joe came in and sorted through our entire garage. We unfortunately had a sewage issue that just about ruined everything in there. Having a toddler and a newborn in the house with mold coming to the surface was extremely concerning. They came immediately and safely removed our property. I have used Rapid Restoration in 2023 when my home was flooded with tidal water and again this past month with the same. Their response is extraordinarily quick and very professional, neat and clean. Dealing with Michelle was fantastic! She is very responsive and does everything to make the process run smoothly. I had a big water damage in my basement. I called rapid restoration and they came over right away late at night to clean up all the water and set up machines to start drying. Little did I know how much work was needed. They performed great work including removing all the affected walls/floors and my contents. Everyone was very professional and awesome to work with. Thank you michelle, jose,Brandon,greg for everything. Highly recommend for all property damage!!
