We are so glad that we called Rapid Restoration. We had a leak from our AC unit which affected two floors. Shawn explained everything to us in regard to what we should expect from them. He stayed in constant communication and updated us with every step. Brandon and Josue did a fantastic job! They came to collect the dehumidifiers from a flood in my house. Brandon did an incredibly thorough and expert evaluation, with Josue's assistance, to diagnose the work that still needs to be done. I am so happy with the entire team at Rapid Restoration that I will have them back to do the next stage of work. And everyone I have worked with at the company has been responsive, friendly, has explained everything with patience and clearly--excellent in every way. Highly recommend.
Rapid Restore came to the rescue when my heater water tank exploded, leaving water on the floor and condensation on the walls and ceiling. Rapid Restore was quick in taking all of the walls down and moping up the basement. Rapid Restore savaged any of my valuables that did not get damaged by water. Also, Rapid Restore put their fans and equipment in my basement for a week to dry the walls and ceiling. Thank you, Rapid Restore for the quick rescue.
