I was having a sewage back up issue in my basement. I called another plumber to come and fix it. He told me the sewer line under my concrete floor was broken and I would need to have it dug up and replaced. I called Jerry with Rapid Response and he came out the next day to see what we were dealing with. He found that the pipe was not broken and that it just needed a thorough cleaning. Called at 2 am from work with a husband who was trying to go to work and trying to figure out why our sump pump wasn't working. Jerry was able to ease our minds that our backup pump was working properly over the phone and my husband was able to go to work and when I got home Jerry literally met me there and fixed the issue within what seemed like minutes.
