I wish we would have found them sooner! Unfortunately, we had a water damage mess and called another company to perform the dry out services. We did not want to use them for the reconstruction so we called rapid response and we have been working with them ever since. They are amazing!
I had a really good experience with Rapid Response Restoration. Everyone I dealt with was super knowledgeable, from the project manager Julian to the guys doing the work. We had a leak, and they brought in a dehumidifier to help dry everything out pretty quickly. They also helped me figure out the insurance side of things, which I really appreciated. Overall, they made a stressful situation a lot easier and took care of everything. I’d definitely recommend them.
Yehuda, at Rapid Response Restoration, was very easy to work with. He responded promptly, easy to communicate with, flexible and efficient. We needed mold remediation for an apartment. His bid was very reasonable and he got the job done. We were very satisfied.
My experience with Rapid Response was the best! We had a flood in our Beverly Hills apartment and from A-Z we were really impressed with their crew. from the initial inspection julian was great all the way to final cleaning after the remodel was superb. we would not hesitate to call them again if we ever need their services again!
